Utah's (PIP) Benefits & Massage Therapy

 

Utah is a no-fault state which means, no matter who caused the car accident, you are covered under your Personal Injury Protection benefits according to section 31A-22-307. Your medical expenses that you accumulate due to your injuries that come to $3,000 or less are covered under your PIP. These benefits may include massage therapy if it is considered medically necessary for your recovery, which in many cases it is.
